18 NCAC 07B .0203          FEES PAID IN PERSON

Filers who tender fees in person shall pay with:

(1)           one of the following types of checks, made payable to the N.C. Department of the Secretary of State:

(a)           a personal or business check; or

(b)           a cashier's check;

(2)           cash;

(3)           money order; or

(4)           a credit or debit card.
